In mid-September, entering the Japanese market for three years, MAXHUB saw its official debut in the press seminar held in Tokyo.

During the event, Darren Lin, General Manager of MAXHUB Global Business, shared his perspective on MAXHUB brand vision – “ MAXHUB aspires to become a solution provider for optimum efficiency. He pointed out that the partner relationship, product quality, and user experience were the key pillars driving MAXHUB’s rapid growth in Japan for the past three years.

Notably, Mr. Nagiyama, the representative of the Conference Revolution Association and the author of several books on collaboration efficiency, also joined the seminar.

His insightful sharing discussed the essence of teamwork and collaboration from the perspective of human behavior. “ To boost up meeting efficiency is to create a sense of unity that can facilitate the process of consensus-building,” said Mr. Nagiyama. From the digital technology, the layout of the space, even to the most careful placement of meeting materials, are essential elements that should be carefully managed to devise an ideal environment for high-quality information sharing, the idea creating, and the decision-making process.
